It’s important to give your hot tub a service annually. Having a regular service will improve the lifespan of your hot tub, and keep it running efficiently and safely.
Over time it’s possible for the pipework and plumbing in your hot tub to get a build up of biofilm, harbouring viruses or bacteria. Your normal hot tub chemicals have difficulty breaking this film down. Regular servicing removes this bio-film ensuring a clean and safe hot tub. We will also safeguard your electrics against any potentially dangerous faults.
Here are the services we offer,
Standard service:
- Hot Tub chemical flush – We will run chemicals through the pipework which helps to remove biofilm.
- Drain – We then drain the Hot Tub then wipe the shell with surface cleaner.
- Clean jets – Remove the jets to make sure they are all thoroughly clean and working then wet vac all the jets.
- Clean filters – We use instant filter cleaner or advise if a new filter is needed (additional costs if needed), rinse them down and refit.
- Clean cabinet – Wipe down the cabinet with a surface cleaner.
- Hot tub cover – Clean the cover then spray with a UV protector.
