LIFETIME Shell Warranty
We warrant against the loss of water though the shell caused by defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We warrant the shell material of the hot tub not to peel, crack, efface or de-laminate resulting from a defect in the shell material for the original owners lifetime
Ten Year PermaWood® Cabinet Warranty
We warrant the PermaWood® cabinet material not to peel, crack, wrinkle, blister or de-laminate and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from date of purchase.
Fading and weathering of the cabinet / shell surface will naturally occur overtime and are not considered warrantable defects
Five Year Heater Warranty
We warrant the heating element of the hot tub to be free of defects in materials and malfunction for a period of five years from the original date of purchase. Exclusions can be made in cases where improper chemical balance has been found to be the cause of failure.
Three Year Electrical & Labour
We warrant the electrical components, pump, control panel, air valves, slice, valves and hot tub components against malfunction, leaking or defects in materials for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Filter cartridges, light bulbs, filter covers, control panel overlay, pump seals, jets, hot tub cover and cover locks are not included in this warranty, they are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery.
Three Year No Leak Warranty
We warrant the hot tub not to leak for a period of three years from the date of purchase, specifically covering leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing. Does not include any dripping from the hose connector if either the cap or gasket are not present, or other threaded connections that are loose.
One Year Cedar Wood Cabinet Warranty
We warrant the Cedar wood cabinet to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Note: Our Warranties start from the date of purchase of the Hot Tub to the original purchaser of the Hot Tub. Our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use of the hot tub, or damage caused if the hot tub is subsequently moved to a new location by the owner of the hot tub.
Lighting Packages
Footwell/Side Wall LED (Standard on all hot tubs)
All our hot tubs come standard with either a footwell or side wall light and as you upgrade your package the more lights you get. This LED is more than enough to light up your whole spa and looks amazing!
Mood Lighting Package (Optional upgrade on all classic series & Bella)
The Mood Lighting Package includes your footwell/side wall LED but also adds LED’s to your whirlpool jet and cabinet sconce lighting to add that extra wow factor!
