AquaSparkle Bromine Tablets contain Bromo-Chloro-5, 5-Dimethylhydantoin. Aqua Sparkle Spa Bromine Tablets are an alternative sanitiser to Chlorine and designed for use in Bromine feeders. Aqua Sparkle Spa bromine tablets are ideal for daily dosing of your Hot Tub or Spa, to produce free active bromine which kills bacteria and other potentially harmful organisms. However unlike chlorine, bromine remains effective at higher temperatures such as those in a spa, and it doesn’t smell like chlorine. Using spa bromine tablets also makes your sanitisation less sensitive to pH. Bromine is also softer on the skin than chlorine and recommended for people with sensitive skin. This is a 1kg tub
To use: fill your floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture on the dispenser until the bromine level in the water is maintained at 3–5 mg/l (ppm). You must ensure that the water is properly balanced to enable the chlorine to sanitise effectively.
NB These tablets release Bromine relatively slowly so it may be necessary to apply an initial dose of bromine granules if you need to establish a bromine level in the water more rapidly
