The Balboa BP200UX 3kW PCB – G1420 is a genuine replacement main control board for Balboa BP200UX hot tub and spa control systems.
Designed for 230V installations, the board can operate a single or dual-speed Pump 1, an optional circulation pump, a 3kW heater, ozone and spa lighting. It is also Wi-Fi ready and can be used with a compatible Balboa Wi-Fi module for smartphone control.
The G1420 is Balboa’s current replacement reference and supersedes the earlier 59507 3kW and 59508 2kW BP200UX circuit boards.
Compatible topside controls
Compatible with selected Balboa TP range control panels, including:
- TP400
- TP600
- TP800
- TP900
Compatibility can depend on the system configuration and software setup. Please compare your existing PCB, control box and topside control references before ordering.
Pump 2 and blower compatibility
An optional single-speed Pump 2 or air blower can be operated, but the appropriate Balboa expander board must be fitted separately:
- Pump 2: Balboa X-P2151 expander board
- Air blower: Balboa X-B expander board
Expander boards are not included with this PCB.
Using the PCB with a 2kW heater
This PCB can also replace the earlier 2kW BP200UX board. When used with a 2kW or smaller heater, jumper J31 must be fitted over one pin only.
For a 3kW or larger heater, J31 must cover both pins. Incorrect jumper or DIP-switch settings may damage components or cause the system to operate incorrectly. These settings are confirmed in the official Balboa BP200UX technical sheet.
